Catholic Community Services offers competitive and flexible benefits to employees. These plans afford Catholic Community Services employees the opportunity to meet their personal and family needs.

Employees who are scheduled to work 20 hours per week or more are eligible for specified benefits on the first day of the month coincident with or following 90 consecutive days of employment. The following benefits apply except as specified otherwise under an applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement:

  • Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
  • Supplemental Life
  • Long Term Disability
  • Pre-Tax [Section 125 Cafeteria Plan] for employee paid premiums and qualifying Health Care and Dependent Care expenses.
  • Money Purchase Pension Plan - 100% employer contribution
  • 403[b] - Tax Deferred Annuity Plan - 100% employee contribution
In addition to the above-listed benefits, for employment of 30-40 hours per week, the following are also available:
